A new day and a chance to get it right.
Okay, y’all, so I’m officially on Day 1 of getting my life together—at least when it comes to my eating habits. Listen, it’s a journey, so I’m taking it one day at a time. First thing’s first, portion control is officially in the mix. I’ve been using my *brain* (not my stomach) to decide how much food I’m actually supposed to be eating. Baby steps, right?
Meal prepping is a game-changer. I mean, I’ve got my meals ready for the week, and the fact that I can just pop something in the microwave instead of making last-minute decisions feels *fancy*. I even got myself a vitamin organizer (I’m out here looking like a grown-up, y’all) to keep all my vitamins and supplements in check. Who knew those little compartments would make me feel like I’m actually *doing* something with my life?
Now, I’m also giving intermittent fasting a shot to help me get control of my eating window. It’s kinda cute—like a little challenge. I’m already starting to feel the benefits… *except for the two brownies I ate today*. Don't judge me! We all slip up, but we keep it moving.
Physically, mentally, and spiritually—I'm on a mission to get it all in balance. If you’re reading this and trying to do the same thing, let’s hold each other accountable. Day 1 might be messy, but it’s progress. Let’s keep it real and just take it one day at a time.
Stay blessed, stay grounded, and let’s get healthy together!
